This is easily one of the most simple, elegant and easy three-ingredient appetizers we have made. It gets devoured by all who taste it. The sweetness of the fruit preserves offsets the creaminess of the brie. We serve it with Dan’s Sangria recipe (have a peek in The Kitchen Diaries column, the recipe was recently added!)
